A complete practice platform
Brigid is an early-access practice management platform for staff-controlled scheduling, records and billing with raw EU dictation. Clinical and patient-facing AI, the patient portal and autonomous actions are disabled; every clinic still requires accepted production and operational evidence.
Built for multi-disciplinary specialist clinics — not just scheduling, not just billing.

Multi-practitioner scheduling
Four practitioners, four rooms, one view.
This synthetic preview shows the proposed multi-practitioner calendar. A clinic must validate practitioner/room permissions, conflict behavior, notifications and continuity before relying on it in production.
- Representative practitioners side-by-side in this synthetic preview.
- Room allocation as a layer — see when a clash is between people, when it’s the room, when it’s both.
- Drag between columns, then an authorised staff member verifies and sends the new time.

MDT & consent
Cross-site and MDT record sharing is disabled for launch.
A future route must be purpose-specific and fail closed. Consent, where applicable, is only one part of the controller's lawful-basis, transparency, access and security duties.
Controller decision first
Cross-site/MDT sharing is disabled for launch. Reopening requires a documented purpose, Article 6 basis, Article 9 condition, recipient, scope, duration and DPIA.
No blanket access
A general patient toggle or clinic link does not authorise another organisation to read the whole record. Field/record scope and recipient identity must be enforced and tested.
Evidence before release
Recipient verification, expiry, revocation, defined access/share logging, rights handling and deletion must be evidenced before a production share can open.
Migration, without the dread
The clinic approves each migration phase.
Timing, scope, support, continuity, rollback and old-system access are fixed in the signed migration plan. No duration, zero-loss or zero-downtime promise is made here.
Phase 1
Operations call
The clinic and supplier record source systems, scope, owners, dependencies, prohibited flows and acceptance criteria.
Phase 2
Data import
Representative records and balances are mapped and validated. No patient use occurs before clinic acceptance, continuity and rollback evidence.
Phase 3
Practitioner training
Role-based training covers raw dictation, scheduling, billing, privacy and incident procedures. Duration is agreed with the clinic.
Phase 4
Go-live, with support
Cutover, support coverage, rollback and any old-system read-only period follow the signed migration plan. No fixed duration is promised here.
Everything your specialist clinic needs.
Multi-practitioner scheduling, staff-controlled private-fee invoicing and clinic-defined MDT consent. Stripe and insurer connections remain approval-gated; automated claims are disabled.
Consult letters from voice
Use approved templates and raw dictation; the clinician authors the referrer letter, clinical history and plan, then verifies the recipient.
- Consult letter from voice
- Approved consultant templates — clinician authors and signs
- Synced into MDT space
Multi-practitioner scheduling
Practitioners side-by-side with room allocation and staff-confirmed appointment changes. Messages are staff-authored.
- Up to N practitioners side-by-side

- EUR invoicing via Stripe
- Patient excess via Stripe
- Automated insurer claims — disabled
GDPR & HIQA Compliance
Primary patient records are hosted in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1). Other provider routes, logging coverage, encryption configuration and training restrictions require route-specific production and contract evidence.
- Per-record granular consent
- MDT consent capture
- Access-logged audit trail
Patient portal (Brigid)
Disabled for launch pending clinic, privacy, provider and app-release approval.
- Patient portal — disabled for launch
- Clinic/privacy approval required
- Provider/app-release evidence required
Specialist consultations
The clinician authors the letter and referral record; staff prepare the invoice and confirm the MDT workflow.
- Clinician-authored letter and log
- Audit-trailed for MDT review
- Sign and move on
Security evidence, stated without certification claims.
Primary patient records are hosted in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1). That reduces transfer exposure but does not establish GDPR compliance. Clinic contracts, DPIAs, retention, vendor routes, access controls, endpoint security and production evidence must all be accepted before go-live.
- No claim of certification or blanket GDPR compliance
- Primary patient records hosted in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1)
- Clinical and patient-facing Generative AI disabled
- Incomplete vendor or production evidence fails closed

Ireland launch evidence
GDPR controls support compliance, but do not certify it. DPIAs and clinic approval remain launch gates.

Patient records at rest: AWS Dublin · eu-west-1. International processor paths are disclosed.
Clinical AI disabled

Clinical Intelligence runs the clinic. It does not practise medicine, and clinical drafting, insurer submission and phone answering stay switched off until they are ready. The Clinical Intelligence allowance is charged only after a job finishes — failed or blocked jobs are not charged. What Clinical Intelligence deliberately doesn’t do
