Everything your practice needs. Nothing it doesn't.
The diary, the record, notes, dictation, billing, the inbox, the library and Brigid — one system built for a consultant's day. What stays switched off is stated on each card, once.
Brigid, your administrative assistant
Hand it the task by voice or by typing. It finds the slot, queues the letter, builds the invoice — and stops at the point of consequence until you confirm. Every consequential step waits for a person’s yes; that gate is enforced, not optional.
At the hour you choose, the day arrives laid out: who is coming, what is unconfirmed, what is owed, what is waiting for your signature. Before each consult, the facts already in the record on one card. Nothing inferred, nothing added.
Private rooms and hospital sessions in one view — day, week, month, team week, and a theatre list for practices that operate. Drag to reschedule, a waitlist that backfills cancellations, clinic-branded online booking in your own name, and Google or Outlook sync. No automatic patient contact.
One patient, one record, on any device: notes, history, medications, allergies, immunisations, vitals, documents and correspondence. Intake and consent forms completed on the patient’s phone before they arrive, so the answers are there when you open it.
A proper editor for clinical writing: structured sections, templates in your house style, page-break guides, signature and stamp, and a patient switcher so you never lose the thread. You author every clinical word, and nothing is filed until you sign.
Hold the key and speak into whatever field has focus — the note, a letter, a task. Record a consult and get the transcript back. Transcription runs on an EU route; it does not interpret or decide, and a structured note from the transcript is not in this release.
Templates, Drive and forms under one roof. A template studio for the practice’s own documents, a drive that files to the right chart, and a drag-and-drop form builder with public links, so intake and consent are done before the patient sits down.
Every invoice from the clinic list is queued for your team to check and send. Tap the patient’s card in the room before they leave. Deposits, refunds, credit notes, receipts and reconciliation in Stripe. Insurer claims are not in this release.
Gmail or Outlook, synced. Messages sorted and labelled, tasks raised from what arrives, attachments filed to the patient they belong to. Replies are prepared for practical matters only — appointments, directions, documents — and a person sends them.
Brigid builds the recall worklist from the criteria your clinic sets; your staff review it, author the message and release it. Missed appointments raise a follow-up; cancellations offer the slot to the waitlist. Autonomous sending is switched off.
We map your records out of HealthOne, Socrates or iMedDoc — or off the spreadsheet — rehearse it as a clinic day, set it up with your secretary, and nothing goes live until you have checked it and said go. For ninety days it runs beside what you have now.
Every click has a budget. Twenty-six named interactions — open a patient, save a note, archive a thread, start dictation — each budgeted to acknowledge in under 400 milliseconds, most in 200. Opening Brigid to a cursor you can type into: 200. A breach is reported, not ignored.
A compliance pack for your practice, generated from the system itself. Audit logs anchored to an independent timestamping authority. Data-subject requests, DPIAs, retention and sub-processor notices managed in one place. Records hosted in Dublin.
Appointments, letters and results — released only when the clinic releases them — and a message to the practice they already know, in an app. On the App Store for iPhone.
The full practice app in the browser, and as a Mac app that sits in your dock and updates itself. An iPhone app for clinicians is coming; MyBrigid, the patient app, is on the App Store.
Not in this release. Video rooms, patient join links and recording are built and switched off until provider terms, clinic procedure and production evidence are approved.
Three views from the records your practice actually kept: patients, appointments and money, reconciled against Stripe. Exported when a person decides to, never sent on a schedule.
Stripe, Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar are live. Healthmail, PCRS and insurer routes are built and disabled until their agreements, sender accounts and delivery evidence are in place.
Primary records hosted in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1). Row-level security on every patient table, two-factor sign-in, role-based permissions, EU-resident transcription. Controls support GDPR compliance; the clinic’s own DPIA and procedures complete it.
