Installs like anything else
On a Mac, open the DMG and drag AskBrigid to Applications. On Windows, run the installer — no administrator password needed. No app store on either: the same direct download model as Wispr Flow.
Always up to date
Product features update automatically from our servers. The app itself checks for security updates in the background — restart when prompted.
Same clinic security
Same auth, RLS, and EU hosting as the web app — records stay in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1), not on the computer. Telehealth runs in a dedicated window with camera and microphone permissions you control.
Prefer the browser? Open Brigid on the web. Voice dictation is built into the clinic app — no separate download.
