What counts as a completed Brigid job?

A job is a defined work outcome such as a processed referral, completed document pack, reconciled payment or completed follow-up sequence. It counts only when the agreed outcome is met and Brigid records a structured receipt. Failed, duplicate, blocked or unverified work does not use your allowance. Early-access volume bands are agreed with each founding practice before a workflow is enabled.

Is MyBrigid really free for every patient?

Yes. Patients download MyBrigid free from the App Store, and every plan includes it with no limit on invitations. Patients see only what your clinic releases to them.

How do I get set up and bring my data over?

We agree the data scope, rehearse a representative import, validate permissions and workflows, and record the clinic’s acceptance before production cutover. Timing depends on the clinic, source data and approved integrations.

What the price is backed by

Records hosted in Ireland

Patient records at rest live in Dublin (AWS eu-west-1). International voice and provider paths are disclosed in the Sub-Processor Register, with privacy and security controls documented in the compliance pack.

Clinic-approved cutover

Import scope, field mapping, representative records and rollback are rehearsed. Production cutover happens only after the clinic accepts the migration and operational evidence.

Written commercial terms

The signed order form states included records/storage, support, provider usage, setup, payment processing, renewal and any optional integration charges.
