What counts as a completed Brigid job?
A job is a defined work outcome such as a processed referral, completed document pack, reconciled payment or completed follow-up sequence. It counts only when the agreed outcome is met and Brigid records a structured receipt. Failed, duplicate, blocked or unverified work does not use your allowance. Early-access volume bands are documented with each design-partner workflow before it is enabled.
Is MedYou really free for every patient?
Yes — unlimited patient invites on every plan, with no per-patient fees, ever. Your patients get booking, messaging and their health records in a portal branded to your clinic.
