A referral arrives. Brigid matches it to the patient, prepares the visit pack, then brings the letter, invoice and next actions back for review.

Clinicians stay in control. Prepare referrals, missing-information checks and booking steps for review. Patient-facing work waits for staff review and sign-off.

A software builder and clinic manager mapping a practice workflow together

Built around the people doing the work

Designed alongside Irish and UK private practices—not around a software demo.

04From the founder

Why Ask Brigid exists.

I’m David. I’m not a clinician—I’m a software builder. After years alongside people running Irish private practices, I kept hearing the same thing: their software recorded the work, but did little to move it forward. Every gap became a phone call. Every consultation became an evening of notes, letters and billing.

I built Ask Brigid to change that. Brigid prepares selected scheduling, documentation, billing and outreach work; the responsible person reviews it before anything consequential leaves the clinic. It is built in Ireland for the realities of private practice here.

If you want to talk through one workflow that keeps costing your team time, email me directly. I read every message.
