Built around the people doing the work
Designed alongside Irish and UK private practices—not around a software demo.
04From the founder
I’m David. I’m not a clinician—I’m a software builder. After years alongside people running Irish private practices, I kept hearing the same thing: their software recorded the work, but did little to move it forward. Every gap became a phone call. Every consultation became an evening of notes, letters and billing.
I built Ask Brigid to change that. Brigid prepares selected scheduling, documentation, billing and outreach work; the responsible person reviews it before anything consequential leaves the clinic. It is built in Ireland for the realities of private practice here.
If you want to talk through one workflow that keeps costing your team time, email me directly. I read every message.
05Works with what you use
Connect the diary, inbox, payments and patient messaging you already use. Your clinic sets the access; Brigid prepares work only within that scope.

Clinic-controlled access
You choose the scope06A guided move, not a leap
Switching risk keeps good practices on software they have outgrown. We map the records, rehearse the workflow and wait for your team to sign off before go-live.

Socrates, HealthOne or spreadsheets — we review the source, agree the records in scope and set out the safest route into Ask Brigid.
A straight answer on where we are
Ask Brigid is working with design-partner practices while core Brigid workflows remain in pilot or beta. We set out what is live, what needs staff review and what is still on the roadmap before onboarding begins.
Bring one workflow that costs your team time. We’ll show how it works in Ask Brigid.
07Clinical trust, built in
Brigid can draft a note, prepare a follow-up or organise a work queue. The person responsible still controls access, review and release, with a visible activity trail.

Why Ask Brigid is different
Workflow automation beyond the note.
Brigid prepares the next admin step, shows staff what is ready to review and records what finished and when.
AI allowance is used only after Brigid completes the agreed job and records a receipt. Failed, duplicated or blocked jobs are not charged. Stripe processing fees apply.

Find unfinished work and prepare approved administrative follow-up. Beta: Insurer claim automation remains beta while provider evidence is collected. We confirm the status and review steps for each workflow before it is enabled.
