The work on your desk

Brigid prepares the work. Your team makes the call.

One inbox for the clinic

Link the address patients and GPs already write to. Referrals, queries and results arrive in one place, and attachments are filed to the right patient for you to check.

Letters from your own templates

GP letters and consultant-to-consultant letters come from your templates and letterhead, filled in from the record. The clinician edits and signs every clinical letter.

Every room and session, one diary

Private rooms and hospital sessions side by side. Brigid books appointments and follow-up slots, and you confirm each one.

Invoices ready for your review

Invoices come from the practice’s own codes and fees, and patients pay by card through a link. Nothing is sent to a patient on its own.

Patients book online

Switch on online booking and patients pick a slot themselves. Intake forms go out by email and come back filled in before the visit.

Recalls and missed appointments

Recall and did-not-attend lists are built for you. You choose who to contact and send it from the practice’s own email.

Questions practices ask

The secretary question, answered straight.

Will Ask Brigid replace our secretary?
No. Your secretary runs the practice in it: the diary, the inbox, the letters and the invoices. Brigid takes the repetitive admin off their desk, and they decide what happens next.
What does it actually take off the desk?
Brigid Clinical Intelligence files emails and attachments to the right patient, books appointments, queues invoices and builds recall lists. Letters come from your templates, filled in from the record, for the clinician to edit and sign. It does not triage patients or make clinical decisions.
Who decides what gets sent?
Your team, always. Clinicians sign clinical letters and staff send messages. Nothing leaves the practice, whether a letter, a referral, an invoice, a message or a booking, until an authorised person has said yes.
Can it answer the phone?
No. The phone stays with your team.
What if we don't have a secretary at all?
Solo consultants use the same diary, records, templates, billing and dictation. Brigid Clinical Intelligence files, books and queues invoices, and you approve every step.
