Go-live is the day you choose. Nothing goes live until you have checked the move yourself. Then it is a clean switch.

- I'm a one-person practice. Will I drown setting this up?
- No. We set it up with you, on a screen share or in your rooms, and nothing goes live until you have checked it.
- How do my patients get into Ask Brigid?
- We move them from your old system or a spreadsheet, with past consultation history where your old system can export it, and you check them before go-live. Record migration is included on every plan.
- Can it run reception for me?
- No. Patients can book online and fill in forms, and the work reaches you to approve, but nothing answers the phone or replies to a patient on its own.
- What if I grow to three clinicians?
- The price stays the same: every seat is included on every plan. You add clinicians one at a time, with no new onboarding and no data to move.
- What does €129 a month actually cover?
- The whole practice on Essential, every seat included, plus VAT. Card payments cost 2.5% + 25c each on a standard European card, all in. Each month comes with an allowance of Clinical Intelligence, which runs Ask Brigid’s intelligent services such as transcribing consultations, letters and sorting the inbox. When it is used up you can reset it for the month in Billing for €69 plus VAT, or it pauses until your next billing date. Your written order lists exactly what is switched on.
