- What if I have no patients in Brigid yet?
- We import from CSV, from your old EMR, or from a Google Contacts export. No patients lost. Past consultation history can come too if your old system supports export.
- Can Brigid actually run reception for me?
- No—not autonomously for launch. Approved self-booking and request forms can route work to staff, but patient-facing AI, symptom triage, phone reception, Generative replies and autonomous follow-up are disabled.
- What if I grow to 3 clinicians?
- Brigid scales with you. You move to the Professional tier (€299/mo all-in) and add clinicians one at a time. No re-onboarding, no data migration, no contracts.
- Is the €129/mo really all-in?
- The published plan price and card-payment fee are shown on the pricing page; the signed order form controls. Provider usage, optional integrations and launch-gated services are not represented as universally included.
