Consultation recording is disabled for first-clinic launch. It may reopen only after the clinic approves the purpose, lawful basis, participant notice/permission procedure, provider route, retention, DPIA and production evidence. Raw EU speech-to-text does not require a stored recording by default.

Does Brigid understand therapy terminology?

The system does not analyse a therapy session or draft clinical notes for launch. Raw speech-to-text quality must be tested by the clinic, and the clinician authors and corrects the note using the approved structure.

Can I keep process notes separate from the clinical record?

No separation guarantee is made until the clinic validates the storage, access, export, disclosure and retention behavior for process/supervision notes. Do not enter that material into the clinical record unless the clinic has approved the procedure.

How do outcome measures work?

The patient portal is disabled. Authorised staff may enter approved measures in session; clinicians verify scores and trends. Brigid does not interpret them or recommend care.

What about GDPR and my accrediting body?

Primary records are hosted in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1), but hosting does not establish GDPR or professional-code compliance. The clinic must approve lawful basis, confidentiality procedure, roles, retention, rights handling and production security evidence.

Confidentiality evidence

Staff-controlled invoicing and Stripe payments, telehealth subject to provider approval, and approved templates for clinician-authored referral letters.
