Using it well
- Number invoices in sequence so they reconcile against the practice accounts.
- Whether a fee carries VAT depends on the service; ask your accountant which lines apply and leave the VAT line blank when none does.
- Use the claim-back box for what the patient needs to hand to their insurer, or to keep for health-expenses tax relief.
