Cliniko is a dependable, well-reviewed platform used across allied health globally. It is not built around Ireland — its own pricing page charges per practitioner rather than per practice, in US dollars. Its security page says new European accounts are stored in Ireland, and its GDPR notice names an Article 27 representative in place of a local presence (both checked 23 Sep 2026).

Cliniko publishes a per-practitioner price at cliniko.com/pricing (checked 23 Sep 2026) that scales with headcount but includes every feature on every tier. Where does Cliniko host patient data, and how does that compare to Ask Brigid?
