Set up staff, Stripe and your approved exercise library. Clinicians author SOAP-PT notes, with raw EU dictation available only under the approved clinic procedure.
- Week 1
Patients + outcome scales migrated
Import scope and mappings are agreed with the clinic. Staff validate representative patients and outcome scores before any production cutover.
- Month 1
Approved discharge-report workflow
Clinicians author discharge summaries using approved record data and templates. Healthmail delivery remains disabled unless its account, procedure and evidence are approved.

- Does Brigid understand musculoskeletal terminology?
- Raw speech-to-text quality varies by speaker, microphone and terminology. We do not claim that every musculoskeletal term is recognised; the clinic tests representative dictation and the clinician corrects the text.
- Can I send exercise videos to patients?
- A clinic can maintain an approved exercise library. The clinician selects and authors the plan, verifies the recipient and sends it through the approved channel; autonomous personalised sending is disabled.
- How are PRSI physiotherapy claims handled?
- Automated PRSI eligibility and claim submission are not launch-authorised. Staff prepare/review invoices and use the normal claim channel; Stripe payment is subject to the configured clinic flow.
- Can I dictate straight into the note?
- Yes. Hold the dictation key and speak into whatever field has focus — the note, a letter, a task. Transcription runs on an EU route and you correct and sign every word.
- What about multi-disciplinary referrals?
- The clinician authors the referral letter using approved templates and selected outcome data, verifies the recipient and sends through an approved channel. A draft can be prepared from what was recorded; nothing is sent until the clinician sends it.
