Two Irish products, one real difference: who writes the note
Enquiry Medical and Ask Brigid are both built for Irish private practice, by people who know it. The honest difference between them isn't Irishness — it's where each one draws the line on what the software is allowed to write. Enquiry Medical sells an AI Scribe that drafts the consultation note for you. Ask Brigid doesn't: dictation gets you a transcript, and the clinician writes the note from it, every time.
A transcript, not a draft
Consult dictation records the consultation in the patient record and returns the transcript for the clinician to review. Push-to-talk dictation does the same for any field in the app. Neither writes the SOAP note, the letter or the referral — that stays the clinician's, always.
One flat price, not per seat

Who should stay with Enquiry Medical
If what you actually want is a scribe that drafts the consultation note for you to edit — not a transcript you write from — Enquiry Medical's Professional plan includes exactly that (AI Scribe is a paid add-on on Growth and not included in Essential), and it's a genuine product decision Ask Brigid hasn't made for launch. The same goes if you want insurance claims generated from your notes, or Healthmail built in from Growth up. A solo consultant on a tight budget who only needs the entry tier may also find Enquiry Medical's €50 Essential plan cheaper for a single seat than Ask Brigid's flat €129.
