A scribe and a practice system are different tools
Heidi Health is a capable AI scribe with real traction: its Irish pricing page sells in euro with a free plan, its GDPR page keeps data within the EU/EEA, it added dictation into any application in July 2026, and Socrates announced a collaboration to offer it inside Socrates (all checked 23 Sep 2026). What Heidi is not is the system a private practice runs on: the diary, the patient record, invoicing and the inbox live somewhere else.
If you want a drafted note
Heidi drafts notes from the consultation, and Ask Brigid does not at launch. The clinician writes clinical content in Ask Brigid; consult dictation returns a transcript for the clinician to review.
If you want one system for the practice
Ask Brigid keeps the diary, rooms and hospital sessions, records, invoices and card payments and one inbox together, hosted in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1), at €129 or €299 a month per practice.
Records you can take with you
Records move in from the previous system with a clinic-approved migration, and can be exported at any time.
