Heidi Health is a capable AI scribe with real traction: its Irish pricing page sells in euro with a free plan, its GDPR page keeps data within the EU/EEA, it added dictation into any application in July 2026, and Socrates announced a collaboration to offer it inside Socrates (all checked 23 Sep 2026). What Heidi is not is the system a private practice runs on: the diary, the patient record, invoicing and the inbox live somewhere else.

Heidi drafts notes from the consultation. Where note assistance is enabled for the clinic, Ask Brigid prepares notes and letters too, inside the patient record. The clinician reviews and signs every one, and nothing is filed or sent until they do.
